We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability. For weekend appointments and special experiences like the Waterfall Massage, we suggest booking 3-7 days in advance.
We require at least 14 days' notice to cancel any booking. If you cancel less than 14 days before your appointment, you'll receive store credit for the amount paid.

Payment is typically due on the day of your service. For some services, we may require a deposit to secure your booking. Our team will inform you of any deposit requirements when you book.
Yes! We offer gift certificates and special packages. Please contact us via WhatsApp or phone to inquire about gift certificates and package deals. They make perfect gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions.
We have multiple locations. Visit our Locations page for detailed information about our spa locations and guest house accommodations. For the Waterfall Massage Experience, transportation is included from our designated pickup point.
Please note that the Waterfall Massage Experience is not handicap accessible. There is a 10-15 minute walk to the waterfall location, which can be easy for some and more challenging for others. If you have mobility concerns, please contact us to discuss alternative options or accommodations.
Transportation is included with the Waterfall Massage Experience. You'll meet our driver at the designated pickup location (typically Coco Vanilla restaurant in Trasacco). We also offer hotel pickup as an add-on service for an additional fee.
During your first visit, you'll be asked to complete a medical intake form to ensure your safety and help us customize your treatment. Our staff will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your appointment.
Yes! We welcome group bookings. For groups of 10 or more, we typically provide services in rotations - one group receives treatment while the other enjoys the waterfall and takes pictures, then we switch. Please contact us in advance to arrange group bookings and discuss pricing.
Please keep in mind that the waterfall is a natural location, and there are no restroom facilities or private changing areas. Our staff will hold up a large sheet to provide privacy while you change. We recommend wearing clothing that is easy to remove and put back on.
