A one-time proposal fee of $250–$350 covers the full design of your custom tour, including all back-and-forth communication to get every detail right. Once you approve your itinerary and move forward with booking, a 20% coordination and concierge fee applies to the total tour cost — covering seamless, end-to-end management of your experience on the ground.

What’s Included in the Proposal Fee
Your $250–$350 proposal fee includes:
- A one-on-one consultation to understand your travel vision, group size, interests, and budget
- In-depth research and curation of experiences, accommodations, and local destinations aligned with your goals
- A fully personalized tour itinerary — built from scratch, not pulled from a template
- Up to three rounds of revisions and back-and-forth customization until every detail feels exactly right
